I got a letter but no explanation and never heard about the lawsuit. Have had a policy with these guys for many years. This website certainly has no information.
I received a check for $10 which says it represents disability insurance I had with NW mutual. I no longer have these policies (dropped them years ago). So does this represent those old policies? Where do I go to find if this does apply to me.
That’s right insurance companies that make money. IF they don’t reserve and make money then policyholder claims don’t get paid…and yes insurance companies do owe good faith to the policyholder to be properly reserve and operate financially sound to meet the future needs of its insureds.
A left turn to what Health Care Reform will do to current health insurance companies and not to mention insureds that are now under the Czar dictatorship of HHS and their “intentions”. Get out and VOTE!

recieved a check in old company name no longer in business. can they redo the check my name.
