I haven’t been on here since May, when I last delivered a round of criticism and to my amazement I see you people are still whining and scurrying about on this site. I than say to the screen; “You have got to be kidding me, GET A LIFE PEOPLE”. For the last time there is no money out there that you will be getting. HA! that money will be siphoned back into the linings of their designer silk, Italian manufactured slacks and you will get ****, literally you may receive a bag of old, cold green diarrhea. Move on, go get a job, wipe the **** off your face and say **** this insurance company. Your other choice is buy a sack O’ guns barricade yourself into bank or some other windowless facility kill a bunch of folks, than yourself and call it a day :) your choice.
Does anyone have any idea where this lawsuit stands? I have been paying my premiums for the last 20 years. Was this suit settled? Why have we not got the proceeds?
I hope that all you people realize that the only people that make out on these class action suits are the lawyers. We would be better to have the company’s hands slapped and make them put the money back into cash values of their policies, with no recognition of the lawyers and their greed.

You morons that complain about lawyer fees had no idea this was even a case until you got notice. They worked for four years for a $92 million dollar settlement. Do you think NML would have coughed that voluntarily? Do you think they would have paid that much if they were right? No lawyer’s fees would have been that high. Be glad you got something morons. If you don’t think it’s enough, donate it to the good causes you speak of.

I got two $10 checks today. It sure seems that only the lawyers made out on this.
