How do we know if the “settlement” amount we received is really what we have coming to us? How was it determined who got what?

Rec’d a check in the mail yesterday. Can you explain what this is for. Is it dividends that were not payable until the lawsuit was settled?

Lawyers make millions off of a fine company like NWML and as part of their service, everyone gets a 10 dollar check? NWML probably had to settle but what kind of idiocy in our country supports this crap. I would have opted out – can not cashing the check lower the income to the lawyers involved?

Lets all take our 10.00 bucks and start a law suite aimed at the settlement administrator. How much did they make on this?

we don”t have this insurance and recieved this in the mail, so what does this mean to us nothing except that maybe if you cash this check for $ 10.00 then maybe you will be charge the interest until it get settled enen if this case even is true and if this could last for years.
