Our lawfirm has filed an arbitration claim against the brokerage firms with whom Thomas A. Masciarelli and Steven P. Petrarca were licensed. We are seeking to recover the monies that our client lost on her Palm Beach Financial Services, Inc. and American Income Real Estate Investments, Inc. investments, along with the interest, attorney\’s fees and punitive damages. We are attempting to locate other investors who dealt with Masciarelli and Petrarca because they may have information helpful to our case. Please call us if you purchased any such investments from Masciarelli and/or Petrarca, or if you have information that might assist our client. Many thanks.

Hey Kalju, your client should have paid attention and they\’d be better informed… Who exactly do they think they are suing? Two companies that have been shut down??? Or two men in prison for 25 years?? Good luck with that.. look s like some pro bono work for your ambulance chasing butt!!

You tried on April 23rd and apparantly didn\’t get enough results, now you\’re scratching like a dog for a bone! Man, your firm has to really be desperate! Do you really think for one minute there\’s anything left? These two men just got sentenced to 25 years in jail, give me a break. You must work for peanuts, but they\’ve spent thousands each for legal fees alone! Keep Digging maybe you\’ll find a coffee can filled with cash under a big rock to the left of the Oak tree, 20 yards from the overpass just beyond the rail road tracks!

Well, you managed to get your grubby little hands on the Victim list, it\’s funny when I read your letter yesterday, it reads as if \”there actually is something in the pot to be had\”. At least you clearly stated that it was Tom Masciarelli that did some more of his crazy confaluted business practices in regard to this company. Too bad you weren\’t more clear when you made your posting on the web, perhaps you\’d have had a better response. I wish there were an actual list out there with all the companies that he did do business with and ended up personally profiting from illegaly.

Awesome comeback! Nice language by the way. I appreciate you standing up for your friend, but the fact remains that people lost money and in some cases their life savings. Yes, investments are risky, but on an even playing field you have a chance. Not when the game is being manipulated by the two people you trusted with your money. If you lost money you wouldn\’t be so soft on these two thieves. Yes, both are guilty and both are doing their time. One wasn\’t guilty and the other didn\’t blindly follow. All roads lead to these two men, the investors are guilty of one thing, trusting two people who said they would take care of them and help their money grow. Shame on Masciarelli and Petrarca for destroying dreams and hard work. May their days be long.

I Have a lovely day job thank you very much. Just wanted to see how prison was treating this \”innocent\” man who was misguided and seems to have been wrongly incarcerated.( according to all his fans on this site). Let\’s face it folks, crime doesn\’t pay and not knowing what your partner was doing is no excuse. Cavort with vipers and one gets bitten.
