Would you like to read that they\’re tied to Palm trees in South Florida, covered in honey and being eating by Fire Ants, or would you like it if it read that they were in a facility with libraries, golf courses and tennis courts? It doesn\’t matter, does it?

They\’re doing their time. The way I see it, it\’s wasted time, where I\’m not getting my money and I\’m not getting any younger.

I was roped in by Bobby Michelotta and believed we would get justice and that meant out money back. Well after 25 years I\’ll be doing nothing but pushing up daisies and they\’ll probably be on their last legs as well.

I say, let them be on probation, make restitution and hopefully let me and the rest of us get \”some\” of our money. I say and most of us say, \”some is far better than none!\”

City – Town / the person is obviously confused and has very little to offer except to stand in wonderment, as truthfully most of us are.

Bottom line here – and there is one, if these Investors expect to ever get their money back. All of it or part of it, what they need to do is clan together again, as they did to \”have their day in court\” and have them get a stringent/however hideous sentence for something people who rob banks, commit murders and molest children don\’t even get. This Judge went \”way over the top\” – Point, yest here is one. Band together and now that you\’ve \”won\” – write to Judge Rapp and write to the Attorney General Charlie Crist and ask that they be at least the opportunity to make restitution. I stand firm, I would rather have some of my money back than none at all. Encumber their life styles instead of my own.

The smart thing to do is for people to do as was suggested, write to Judge Rapp and to write to the Attorney General.

When they go in for the appeals, sentence them – then suspend the sentence; with restraints that they have to make restitution. If it doesn\’t happen in a timely fashion, then put them in jail.

But come on here, 25 years and we get no money – what kind of a win was that? I want my money. Let them at least try to pay us back.

It\’s a pleasure to read comments from educated people with facts, and valid opinions on how to fix a problem; instead of mud slinging, and name calling. BTW I don\’t live in West Warwick, Natick or Artic. But the problem was Tom and Steve, not any town mentioned. Now you can blame the state of Fla., for not getting your money back….instead you got them jail time. That won\’t support your grandchildren\’s college tuition.

The only solution to this travesty for all concerned is for people who care to write letters to Judge Rapp and to Attorney General Charlie Crist! These men are willing to make restitution. No restitution is going to be made from a correctional facility. They need to be able to work and re-pay. Forget who took how much, they\’re held equally responsible. These letters need to be written within the 60 day window the Judge left open. You want you money – bottom line is write, I know I am and I\’m asking as many people as I can to do the same.

THAT\’S WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE! FOR THE INVESTORS TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK IS TO NOT KEEP IN INCARCERATED, BUT TO HAVE THEM OUT, WORKING AND PAYING BACK.

Write letters pleading for restitution, it\’s due us.

    Judge Stephen Rapp
    15th Judicial Circuit
Main Palm Beach County Court House
    205 North Dixie Highway
West Palm Beach, FL 33401 and to:

    Attorney General Charlie Crist
    State of Florida
    The Capitol PL-01
    Talahassee, FL 32399-1050

This is the only way to make a plea and it must be done ASAP. A date is being set for the appeal – ACT NOW! or FORGET ABOUT EVER GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK!

WHAT\’S MORE IMPORTANT? BEING RIGHT OR GETTING YOUR MONEY? THINK ABOUT IT, PLEASE. I CAN\’T DO THIS ALONE.

Thank you for suggesting a mailing campaign. Including names and addresses. If we all write, they will hear our voices, and pleas. Venting here in posting gets nothing done, except alittle venting. Plus some like to sling alittle mud here and there, which really helps no one!!!!

Hey, it\’s what needs to be done. That Judge Rapp stood there after sentencing, practically begging anyone in listening area to do something, help me change my mind, give me a reason to change my sentence. Here\’s your chance a 60 day window!

I want my money or at least as much of it as I can get back. Not everyone goes on this website. Some are eldely and don\’t even have use of a computer.

If you know any of the Investors, talk to them and tell them to band together as they did to \”win\” and now try to \”really win\” and re-coup some of their money.

You can bet your boots I\’m writing and encouraging everyone I know who is involved to do the same.

Carla was right, the state did drop the ball. All the state was thinking of was a win for them, not the victims. Our win is a tin cup on the corner.

These two guys are going in for appeals which is their legal right and I\’m pleased about that. What NEEDS to happen here is for Judge Rapp to hear the appeals, everyone\’s version – then to make a sentence for them. Then to suspend the sentence and give them the chance to pay us back!

Show me the money, not a \”we won – we won!\”

That Shannon Hudson made us promises that we\’d get justice. I was under the impression that meant our money back, not them going to jail.

We won nothing with them incarcerated. Absolutely nothing.

I\’ll say it again – SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!!
