Listen K. W. YOU are obviously as uninformed as you are uneducated.. ie \”justa word of advice, don\’t talk about what you don\’t know about. Tom Masciarelli is where he belongs in jail. If thats royalty to you, perhaps you need your head examined.

Tom Masciarelli has thus far pled guilty to one of the three cases that he has pending. He is in Palm Beach County Jail awaiting sentencing, scheduled in May. Mr. Petrarca has also pled guilty to one of the two cases he has pending. He is out on bond pending his sentencing in May. I am the lead investigator on this case. I can be contacted via e-mail or directly at 561-837-5635.

Your stand up guy is now serving a nice long vacation in a 6×9 suite at the Chain Gang hilton. How about all you supporters take up a collection and maybe Stevie can come up with the cash to pay back his victims. You think he was duped by Masciarelli? He had to know you lay with mangy dogs you get fleas. Have a nice day.

Both of these\”fine, upstanding citizens\” recieved 25 years for their theft and con job. Masciarelli is still waiting for another trial with similar charges and could get more deserved time in the joint. Petrarca is in the big house now after being led to jail from his friday court date. Why doesn\’t his wife sell their house and make restitution to the victims?

After reading most of these postings I was just wondering what happened to these two men? Have they gone to trial, are they serving time?
What goes around comes around. I pray they have gotten theirs.

The State of Florida did a fine job of parading all the \”elderly, senile and disabled investors\” into the court room in wheelchairs and on oxygen tanks! However, when the proceedings were over – a miracle happened! They got up out of their wheelchairs, tossed aside their crutches and were able to breathe without assistance! Bravo – kudos to the State of Florida!

Now, let\’s get down to the real nitty-gritty of this mess. About 8 of these investors followed the lead of the State and one Bobby \”Mickey-Fast-Ball\” – so, you won! They\’re in jail for 25 years! Where\’s your money? And now, do you think you have a shot of getting your money back? I think NOT! You\’ve made your point! Why not band together as you did to convict them and band together to see if you can get them out to make restitution! There was a plan in place, but you did such a fine job, the judge had no choice but to convict! Unless, that is of course, you just don\’t want your money. Even if you die before the full restitution is made, I\’m sure you had a beneficiary on those policies – and that was what \”Fast Ball\” was crying about, his Grand-daughter\’s education! Well, do what you need to do to get your money! Write to the State and ask that these sentences be re-structured to let me out, live meagerly and make some sort of restitution, even if it\’s half of what was invested! I\’d rather have had that than what we got – a big \”FAST BALL\” and/or nothing, oh that\’s right, we got victory, we won!

Why should that pretty lady sell her house? What class, what composure – how did she get up and give such an eloquent speech after her husband\’s partner was just sentenced to 25 years? She knew what was coming, but she did what she had to do.

You dopes have contributed to putting her husband in jail for 25 years! She would have contributed to restitution before, now I don\’t think she\’d give you a straw hat in a blizzard – she\’s got herself and her children to worry about.

You want your money? I want mine! Let them out and watch what happens! Write some letters! Band together like you did to get them put away, be as passionate about restituion as you were about conviction!

You seem to forget – Steve did continue to make interest payments out of his own money, he continued to work during the whole investigation. Let him out and see what happens, we\’ll get our money. If they don\’t pay – back in they go! I think they\’ve gotten a taste of a different kind of life of what they\’re used to.
