    Which reputation is that?

Seriously, without checking google, wikipedia, names in this article, cnn, whatever… name me three of the people (not the coach) on the team.

It’s college women’s basketball. Guess what lady… about 3000 watched that game and about 30 people take Imus seriously.

Grow up and work for a living.

This woman needs to get together with Johnathan Lee Riches (the inmate suing Michael Vick for 63 billion billion dollars).

Who are these people again? I never understood why Imus was fired over this. He’s been doing the same show since Moses was a mess cook. I’m sure he said nasty things about Cleopatra and Jesus too, but they didn’t sue. She needs to get over herself.

Looks like you all smell the same thing I do… Someone fishing for deep pockets.

Did she fall and smack her head on the b-ball court? Even if she gets a settlement, her attorneys are going to gobble up the majority of the money.

Welcome to the U.S.E… United States of Entitlement…

That was hilarious a-hole. It’s knuckle dragging racists like you that prevent society from moving ahead. At least Imus understood why he was wrong and apologized. You will never get it but living with your pea brain mentality is punishment enough for you.

I agree, i dont believe that any reputations were damaged. It is messed up that a victorious celebration had to be ruined by a bigot however.

…in fact, because of Imus’s comment I believe this girl IS a nappy headed ho (whatever that is?!). By the way…who the hell is Don Imus? He must be as popular as Women’s Basketball. I’ll be happy when both are gone for good.

She just embarassed herself, Rutgers University and all the alumni. How exactly did Imus hurt her reputation? No one even knows who she is outside fans of Rutgers women’s B-ball. Imus got his punishment for his stupid comments (does anyone actually even listen to this guy anyways these days?), she’s just looking for some big $ settlement so she doesn’t actually have to find a job after graduation. Can’t wait for this to be thrown out and I hope she has to personally pay any legal fees that Imus or CBS incurs because of this frivilous lawsuit.

Agreed… completely. I thought the ladies of the Rutgers team did a wonderful job showing the world they weren’t “nappy headed hoes” by acting with charm and civility. They met with Imus, accepted his appology, make well-spoken statements to the media… they acted admirably.

They showed they were strong, determined women and showed the world the sterotypes of black youth aren’t able to be painted with such a broad brush.

Now this lady is going to crush that impression. She’s an embarassment to the rest of her team and helping to support sterotypes (not only racially) of people looking for entitlements and easy money.
