Greed? Tell us, KLS, how much is she suing for? How much money is she demanding Imus pay her?

    $5 million? $10 billion?

If its tons of money, then I’m on your side. If its not then why is everyone getting worked up? A better question is why is everyone getting worked up WHEN NO ONE KNOWS!

You don’t know what she’s suing for! Why so upset?

I don’t care how much she is suing for…she’s suing for personal gain…if she wasn’t…she wouldn’t be suing for a “harmed reputation.”

i think what Imus said was wrong, but i think the course of actions that have taken place since then have been ridiculous and haven’t gotten to the root of any problems. and this law suit (even if it’s for $5) isn’t making it any better.

Frivilous law suits are paid for by you and I. They clog the courts and ultimately the insurance companies pay, therefore its we the insureds who actually foot the tab…sorry I am sick of it.

I haven’t read any of the posts yet but wanted to post first. This “woman” is nothing but a gold digging money grubbing *****. A smart and good Judge better throw this B.S extortion suit out of the Court.

Honey, chill. Why are you so upset?

I’m just making a comment… expressing an opinion. That’s what these little boxes are for.

Why single me out anyway? Lots of other people think she’s got entitlement disease. Are you trying to injure my reputation??? Careful… I like to sue.

    LOL

If she is NOT suing because she wants to line her pockets, then WHY is she suing???

Does she want Imus to go to jail? While his actions were immature and ignorant, they weren’t illegal and a civil suit isn’t going to put him behind bars. Does she want him to apologize publicly? He’s already done that. Community service? Again, can’t win that in a civil suit. Does she want property? Junk bonds? A trip to Disney World? What else would she be seeking besides money?

Why tie up the courts with this case if it is NOT about taking home a fat check?

BB maybe you are retarded or something but a breach of contract suit is EXTREMELY different than a bogus civil suit like this one. Luckily Imus has been reinstated to his old job and no, I don’t like Imus or listen to his show but he never should have been fired.

Slowly reading through the posts and it appears most all agree that this “woman” is a gold digging *****. BTW – Bravo Mark! Bravo!! Excellent post.

Uh square sevens has it completely wrong. Don’t care if this gold digging ***** asks for $1 or $1M, she still is a greedy money *****. The simple truth is that she did not sustain any injuries, “mental” or otherwise. Plain and simple this lawsuit is bogus and a total shake down for money.

It’s also clearly obvious you have no understanding of breach of contract claims or of the law.
