I see you are all back hard at work this morning being a mean and bitchy as ever! As for my education and grammar…I could have easily pulled apart your posts also as I read many miss-spelled works and terrible grammar myself, but not being a narrow minded low-life I choose not to point out all your flaws. (Trust me there are many of them!)
That being said, my grammar has nothing to do with the fact that the insurance industry is a greed-based industry run by obviously nasty rude people…you show that in your posts! You can bash me and anyone trying to help people but trust me there are more of us then there are of you and the people of this state and other states are waking up to all your tricks and follies! The only reason you all are so up in arms about anything I say is because you know I am right and that you are being exposed and eventually that will hurt your big fat wallets. All your scare tactics about leaving Florida is really funny to me because you all make billions in Florida. Wait till our Governor makes all the insurance that “won’t” sell homeowners take all their auto policies, life & annuities out of here too! Boo hoo hoo to you all because you will loose billions! Not to fret though because there are PLENTY of other companies to write those policies for us Floridians, just not the State Farms, and the Allstate’s, or other greedy mega-companies. Let the small companies come here and flourish as you all did. And hail to Citizens becoming the ONLY insurer in Florida!

    So…let the bashing begin!

Hawaii had the same problem several years ago. (Companies leaving the state, because of the inability to underwrite the hurriane exposure.) The state of Hawaii now writes ALL of the hurricane coverage and the carriers are now back to being competitive in writing the type of business that they know best. Since the taxpayers of Florida will be hit with bailing Citizes out again, why not start to set up a fund thru Citizens to provide coverage for hurricanes. If we do have a few more years of minimal hurricane damage, all is well. If we have a few bad hurricane years, we will be in the same position again, bailing Citizens out. Get the un-knowledgeable people at the government run company out of the homeowners insurance business, and invite the companies back to do what they do best. That is to write a comprehensive H.O. policy, rather than the stripped down product available from Citizens.

Nobody has more postings during working hours than you. Typical of the \”facts\” you have stated in your posts, meaning none. Us meanies out here in the evil insurance industry are doing what we are supposed to do, providing service to insureds. I hope the state listens to you and drives all insurance companies out of the state. We will see how cheap your coverage will be then.

Kathy is like a train wreck where you just can\’t help but look even though you don\’t want to. You don\’t want to respond, but you just can\’t help yourself because here postings are such ill-informed nonsense. I will take your advice and respond no more. So let it be written, so let it be done.

    Employee Takes Fifth Amendment
The State Farm employee in charge of overseeing engineer reports, Alexis “Lecky” King, has refused to answer questions in court proceedings, on the basis that her testimony may be self-incriminating. Sun Herald story

    Retired,

Thank you for bringing a fresh breath into this insurance bashing festival. There\’s actually some momentum brewing in the direction of a Florida fund for wind in the works and it would not be through Citizens. This is conceptual at the moment, but a lot of people, inside and outside of the evil empire are involved. Again, thank you for your support and your positive suggestion.

Insurance people are not what the misanthropist \”Kathy\” chooses to believe. We are hard-working, educated, caring, dedicated, tax-paying and insurance paying citizens, too.

someone asked why i thought kathy was scary. russia-1917, the people became so disenchanted with the leadership of their country and world war 1 that when Karl Marx offered them an alternative they jumped at it. that alternative was to let the State handle all their problems. Private enterprise was nothing more than greedy, war mongering rich people obsessed with their own excesses and no regard for the common man. Kathy,er, Karl Marx and the Bolsheviks took advantage of this and we had communism threatening us all until it collapsed from its own mismanagement. Kathy, your philosophy has been a proven failure since time began.
