No, nutters just think they change the world. Thinkers and people who do things change the world. Nutters just post illegible messages on web sites with no knowledge of the subject. No, I don\’t work for State Farm and I don\’t live in Florida. I do care for the mess the government is making for future generations down there. Why should Ed Rust go to jail? You are as bad as the Bush/Clinton/Reagan/Carter/Ford/Nixon ect haters that rant and rave about every little thing with no proof whatsever. Nutters don\’t need proof, just feelings and the feeling that are most popular these days are hate. Our industry is just the latest target. Take all the shots you want. The people in Florida will suffer for their poor judgement on insurance matters for years to come.

    Kathy,

As much as I\’d like to say to you, all I can think of to say to your rants and your logic is something my Mama used to tell me:

\”You can\’t have a battle of wits with an unarmed person.\”

You are so incredibly clueless on this subject, I almost feel sorry for you, especially given the fact that you live on a peninsula. Good luck if a major storm ever hits Tampa Bay! Let us know then how you\’re feeling about those premiums.

kathy, you are a liar! you say you are independantly wealthy but no one with your hatred could be wealthy, because an attorney would have sued you poor by now and if you inherited it you would have blown it by now due to your ignorance. your deep hatred has already destroyed your ability to think clearly and one needs a clear mind to handle riches.

    Jewel,
You are simply a very small person…they call it little people\’s syndrome. You can\’t belittle me by your sarcasm and insults. Besides I am SURE I have much more of an education then you could ever even afford being an insurance agent!

State insurance Pressure regulators have created 37 fraud bureaus in 45 States whose job is to ivestigate and hunt down fraud. This is not for the consumers. Ask why ? The grand jury\’s seating comes as State Farm continues to negotiate a possible settlement with Hood and lawyers for hundreds of policyholders who sued the Bloomington, Ill.-based insurer for denying claims.

One of the conditions of any settlement with State Farm is that Hood end the grand jury\’s probe, according to people with direct knowledge of the negotiations.

    State Farm
