West Virginia’s Workers’ Compensation Commission recently filed
injunctions against two employers whose accounts with the Commission are reportedly in default.
Injunctions were filed in Kanawha County Circuit Court against the following:
• Stover’s Home Improvement Inc., a Kanawha County roofing business, owes back premiums, interest and penalties totaling $40,301.76; and
• L M Lignos Enterprise, a Cleveland, Ohio bridge painting business, owes back premiums, interest and penalties totaling $93,850.00.
The injunctions call for the firms to cease business.
