ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a national damaged vehicle repair company, announced the promotion of Scott Krohn to the position of regional vice president.
Krohn’s main responsibility is to establish and meet financial, team member satisfaction and customer satisfaction goals for 23 ABRA repair centers in Tennessee and Georgia. The two markets will share training and support resources in order to create a higher level of consistency and performance.
Krohn joined ABRA in 1996 as the general manager of their Marshall, Minn. repair center. He was promoted to franchise district manager in 1999, and again promoted in 2000 to Minnesota operations manager where he managed 10 of Minnesota’s 20 corporate-owned repair centers.
In April of 2001, Krohn transferred to ABRA’s Tennessee market as the operations manager for that area’s seven centers, and was named vice president of ABRA-Tennessee in April of 2002.
