Crawford & Company has launched a new insurtech company with the goal of offering SaaS solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of property/casualty claims.
Turvi’s SaaS products are designed to improve claims processing workflow, expedite the estimating process and simplify and improve the review of claim coverage and the overall customer experience.
Turvi was originally developed at Crawford & Company for its clients, but it is now being marketed to all sectors within the claims industry.
The company is led by CEO Ken Tolson, who has three decades of experience in various capacities at Crawford.
Atlanta-based Crawford & Company is a provider of claims management and outsourcing services to insurance companies and selfâinsured entities with a network serving more than 70 countries.
