New York Mutual Underwriters, a multi-line property and casualty insurer, has purchased the ImageRight document management system.
ImageRight will reportedly help New York Mutual make its underwriting and claims operations more efficient, while improving its communication with partners in its distribution and claims-resolution channels. The company will go live in mid-May.
“All of our underwriting and claims files will be imaged and become paperless,” said general manager Fred Wege. “We’ll provide better, faster service to agents and insureds; and we have no lost or missing files.”
