Stephens & Associates Selects Gilsbar for Plan

Daniel B. Stephens & Associates Inc. (DBS&A), an environmental science and engineering consulting firm, has selected Arizona-based Gilsbar Inc. to administer its self-funded health plan.

In addition to medical benefits administration, Gilsbar will manage Section 125 and short-term disability administration for the Albuquerque, New Mexico based company.
