Farmers Insurance Group of Companies is advising its customers suffering damage from the recent fires to immediately contact their agent or call the 24-hour claims hotline, 800-HelpPoint (1-800-435-7764).
Farmers Insurance has reportedly received over 150 homeowners claims in the San Diego County area and has made contact with all of those customers to begin providing assistance.
Claim payments to customers began Monday morning. A combination of local claims employees and members of Farmers’ catastrophe team in Oklahoma City are assisting customers.
