Group Health Cooperative has reportedly reached a tentative settlement in a class-action lawsuit brought by members over alternative health care.
A June 16, 2003, hearing has been set in Washington’s King County Superior Court for final approval.
Group Health members who paid for the services of naturopaths, massage therapists and acupuncturists from their own pockets may qualify to share in the settlement. A claim must be filed.
