I am thinking of suing the grocery store, as they shouldn’t of let me buy that much food. Although I am an adult, I still need someone else to tell me how much is enough.

Ok, Ok, before we get all worked up and start saying all lawyers should go to hell and that is somehow either George Bush or Barack Obama’s fault, let’s realize this is probably going absolutely nowhere.
I’m with you guys – the fact that he’s driving a Liquor Cycle means that he’s trod down this cow path before. I have seen SO many fools drive recklessly with these (drunk or not) – driving them up the fast lane of a busy highway where there were never intended to be. The knuckleheads of our state legislature require no license, tag, or insurance to operate. We saw on yesterday on a flat bed wrecker (!) after it broke down!
Interesting. They guy is riding a motor scooter sloshed out of his mind? Too many DWI’s, guess. What’s next, one of those scooters from the scooter store? Where’s wudchuck when you need him???
…. i don know what happen. i was mindin my own bizenss when all of a sudden these crazy people just poured likker down in me and i jus had to get er home.
Now really folks – life is truly stranger than fiction. I just wish it has been shown on COPS.

Just keep in mind folks… without frivilous lawsuits like this… no one would buy insurance and none of you would have jobs.
