Not all attorneys are bad to society.

Just the ambulance-chasers-billboard- advertisers-call-me-today-for-free-easy- money ones that need to be abolished…

This old pus bag is a disgrace to old people everywhere. Age obviously hasn’t improved his judgment or integrity since he found a lawyer to accept this pathetic “case”. He’s probably well known at the bar and on this day ran out of luck. Since’s he’s still alive and only wants $15,000, it’s probably to replace his scooter. This suit should get tossed for having a case of advanced stupidity in addtion to a case of gin.

this guy claims the bar staff should have known he was addicted to alcohol according to the article in the FL newspaper. as stated above he was found guilty of walking in front of a car, so don’t know if he was in crosswalk or pushing the scooter at the time??? and I thought we had sleazy lawyers here in CA!

I was always told that every action taken is followed by a consequence. At what point are people expected to take responsibility for their own actions? I think he should be made to pay the bar owner and then ordered to some type of rehab program and fined if he is caught outside of his home drunk.

At 73 years old, this guy should have acted with some dignity and gone straight home to his trailer after the “early bird” instead of pounding gin and tonics trying to forget his pitiful state of existence.

    Maybe,

The Wudchuk comment was brilliant. It made me laugh in an otherwise crap day.

BTW I recently saw a guy driving his riding lawnmower down the sidewalk with a 36 pack of Busch strapped with a bungee cord onto the back behind the seat. I wish I’d been quicker with my camera phone but although I was at a stop sign, I was driving and actually follow the no cell phone/texting while driving rule of common sense.

This ancient idiot is too old for rehab. If he’s still getting soused at age 73 you can bet it’s been a lifelong habit. And quite frankly, I wouldn’t want taxpayer dollars wasted on trying to rehab some bozo who doesn’t want to be rehabbed. Those place are expensive. Better he be given a 55 gallon drum of cheap gin hooked up to an I.V.
