Florida homeowners insurance underwriting profit from 200-2004:

    -45.4%

    In 2004:

    -271.3%

Scary to us business people, mostly irrelevant to someone solely concerned with their own renewal premium.

or her sister. The problem that HAC will have is that if their president is as uninformed as Ginny, they will only add confusion. Also Ginny, CEO\’s earn big bonuses. Let\’s hope you never get on a grandstand about automakers, airplane makers, bankers, or any other large corporations with CEO\’s. They happen to get big bonuses for running multibillion dollar companies. The more you blather about bonuses to your poor homeowners in Florida, the more confused they will become. Because, Ginny, you had better pray those big, nasty insurers don\’t leave Florida. If they do, you REALLY won\’t be able to afford to live there.
Thats because YOU will be paying to replace that house every three or four years. Now that would be an outrage.

i also don\’t spend my day researching what other people on this site say. that would be like saying, \”i heard on myspace…\”

I was being facetious. From your intelligence level, I\’d be surprised if you made much money in the insurance profession (another profession perhaps). Anyhow, you haven\’t got a clue what you are talking about… And as for my asinine remarks, why do you come on here talking about people putting coal up their *ss? You are a hypocrite. Boo hoo…If the big words scare you, try dictionary.com…

P.S. Anyone can post under another person\’s name. I can post as you and say asinine things… one s, by the way. Or I can post under your alter ego- the blaire *itch. :)

Also, you haven\’t posted any facts. So, I guess you mean Bill\’s facts, which I have already read. Thanks though!

\”i also don\’t spend my day researching what other people on this site say\”

    hmm… neither do i, so

\”take some of your own advice sweetheart…i NEVER said I didn\’t make a lot of money.\” only instead of i NEVER said I didn\’t make a lot of money change it to I NEVER said I spend the day researching what other people on this site say. Don\’t assume things about me if you don\’t want me to assume things about you.

I\’ll forgive you because you can\’t help being ignorant. I can\’t wait to read your moronic posts tomorrow! Wow- will I be able to sleep tonight? You had better spend the night thinking of some good comebacks! (ROFL, you\’re pathetic…)

You insurance people on this site are pathetic, rude, and arrogant! All you see is the money you can make off of people and you don\’t care anout how someone can survive. What about all the elderly that live in Florida and are on a fixed income. Where should they live once their insurance has gone up higher than their social security! Shame on you!

\”The company I own makes a profit, however it does not do it by stealing and cheating people as the insurance industry does\”

    How do we know that?

Oh, by the way, I doubt any of us on here set the rates for insurance, or denied claims without cause, or cancelled insurance policies because we threw a dart at a board.

\”You insurance people on this site are pathetic, rude, and arrogant!\”

    Pot meet kettle…

You don\’t know anyone on this thread personally (I\’m sure) so really, who are you to tell us what we do and don\’t care about?

I care that people can\’t afford their premiums, but most of them can move. Elderly or handicapped people are a different story. Stubborn people are not… they can move but they choose not to. It is unfortunate how high prices are with regards to insurance, taxes and gas, but it really boils down to \”If you don\’t NEED it, don\’t buy it.\” Live within your means and if you can\’t afford your home anymore, buy a smaller one… I realize that isn\’t really fair, but life isn\’t fair. The sooner you learn that phrase the better off you will be…

Also, try not to assume anything about anyone on this board that you can\’t prove. It\’s easy to prove some people on this board are rude, pathetic or stupid. However, you can\’t prove how someone feels or what they think or how much money they make, so stop trying. To do so is just ignorant.

    And good morning!
