Jewel, he is deathly silent on my accusation that he flat out lied about what I said concerning Ed Rust\’s memo to us and reverts to just calling you stupid. He won\’t \”lower himself\” to your level to answer legitimate questions.. My post about it is in writing, so he cannot dispute what I said, but he did spin it into a lie. But like I said, he isn\’t worth the effort.

    True. :)

He lied? No way! That never happens… And ignoring questions? Only when he doesn\’t have the answer… does he EVER have the answer?

Anyway, don\’t you know if you ignore him he will just tell everyone you are evading the truth?

But, I guess when a fight is futile that is the best approach- although not as fun.

I am sure we will be reading more of his stupidity quite soon.

    Time to go home!

    Good night

Mary B., when did you first begin wearing your tin foil hat and howling at the moon? Unfortunately the tin foil hat has not protected you from the demons. Your demons must be within. If you suggest Melanie is koo-koo for Coco Puffs, then surely you would fly to the moon for a Lorna Doone

Is there no response to my post? The only repsponse is personal attacks on me. The truth is hard for the State Farm apologists to swallow. No one can or will even attempt to address the truth.

    :)

    Hey Mary…

It really gives me a headache to read Melanie\’s posts. Why don\’t you read them for me and let me know when one of them makes sense?

    P.S. I think Joe is Melanie\’s brother.

    .
Joe- You have been asked several questions directly.

The questions were baldly stated, and simply formatted. Even you should be able to understand them, and the information they are requesting is either easy to find or items you claim to know already.

You posted some wild assertions, and made yourself out to be quite an ***. The appropriate thing to do now is prove you\’re not a total moron by answering Dale\’s questions.

If you have no intention of answering them, I recommend you quit posting non-sensical replies that have no bearing on the conversation.

    Like the title says…

As I have asked many times before:

What is it you do not understand about these facts?

    1) State Farm and Nationwide made conscious decisions to deny slab cases. Now that they have gone to court with a few, they have lost and are doing the right thing and settling cases that should have beem settled 1 1/2 years ago.

    2) Ed Rust and Lecky King of State Farm were brought before a grand jury on criminal charges. State Farm agreed to re-evaluate the claims they denied or underpaid so these two were not indicted.

    3) In a civil suit, Lecky King plead the 5th amendment regarding the cases. If nothing was done wrong, why plead the 5th?

    4) The people of Mississippi are the victims here, first to Katrina and now to State Farm and Nationwide.

    5) State Farm has lost. Apologists give it up and admit it!!!

Jewel and Dale still on ignore due to severe ignorance.

Well, he didn\’t shut up. And he definitely didn\’t put up.

He didn\’t answer a single question. He just repeated the same things OVER and OVER. I guess he thinks that makes him sound smart. Or that\’s what his mom told him anyway.

He still won\’t answer if the only companies facing lawsuits are Allstate, State Farm and Nationwide. He also still won\’t answer the names of MULTIPLE companies who paid without being forced.

He doesn\’t have the answers (although he basically said he did) and he can\’t admit when he is wrong (it would probably get tedious saying that all the time).

    Mjolnir-

He will soon have you on fake ignore too. Then the only person he will be posting with is Melanie. Good thing because she is just as crazy as him. :)

You want answers, but no one has refuted this earlier post. It is a tow way street. The apologists have no answers.

I have spoken only the truth. I have yet to get any answers or rebuttal based upon facts from the State Farm apologists like you. When I ask a quetsion, it is answered with a question from the State Farm apologists. Here are the facts.

    1. State Farm Denied slab cases 100% without payment. DO NOT ANSWER THIS WITH A QUESTION. IF YOU FEEL IT IS NOT TRUE, PROVIDE PROOF.

    2. State Farm has yet to win a slab case.

    3. State Farm has had punitive awards levied against them in slab cases. Remember punitive damages are only awarded in cases where there is reckless disregard displayed and they are designed TO PUNISH this behavior.

    4. Ed Rust, State Farm CEO, was brought before a grand jury and before the grand jury could bring forth an indictment, he agreed that State Farm would re-evaluate primarily 1000-1200 \”SLAB CASES\” but 35,000 overall.

    5. State Farm has lost a tornado case in OKLA for their questionable use of engineers. This case had a punitive damage award attached. Now there are charges of a similar nature in Mississippi.

    6. The only reason the questions of wind/flood have not been exposed to the extent they are now is due to the prior hurricanes, have not involved flooding to the extent of Katrina.

    7. I personally have paid slab cases for wind damage, so for you to say I would have done the same as State Farm is just a LIE.

The only responses I have had from the State Farm apologists like you is that the courts are wrong. Hey, if you don\’t want to live by the law of the land, go to Iraq or some other country. This is the system we use in this country and if your only repsonse is the courts are wrong, then you have no rebuttal for the truth. I know you will not be able to rebutt the truth posted here, but I look forward to hearing your weak atempts to justify the courts are wrong.
