Actually, you can get a DIC policy or a flood policy from the federal program. DIC policies are pricier, but they are out there.

Don\’t believe ANYTHING that adjusterjoe says, he is an EX-Employee of State Farm and just does not want to admit it. Joe\’s hidden agenda is to put down SF as they did it to him. Come on joe, we will admit it if you admit it.

John Walker, come back when you know something about insurance. Yes, you have made the worst insult possible to me, that I for some reason worked for State Farm. You appear to be stupid enough to work for them. Fortunately I am not as stupid as you. I know not to demean myself by working for them.

I did not say Ed Rust sent out a memo. I stated that he asked all employees and agents to rally to help our policyholders after the storm hit. Again Joe, you use inaccurate information and spin it in your anti-State Farm rantings. Do back and read the blog I am referring to and you will see how quickly you changed what I said in an anti-State Farm quote. How in the world do you have so much time on your hands to post on all these blogs, yet claim to be a very in demand all knowing independent adjuster? And you lose credibility when you attack people personally on a professional board.

It doesn\’t matter what you say. Joe will twist your words, take them out of context, put words in your mouth or, my personal favorite, just make up things! :)

Apparently, anyone who is even neutral on the whole situation is still an employee of State Farm. I don\’t work for State Farm but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night.

Anyhow, you don\’t need to defend yourself to me. I believe people are free to have opinions or to post facts… Joe, however, posts his opinions as fact with no facts to back up his opinions. Quite confusing huh?

Well, we had better get back to filing here at good ol\’ State Farm before Ed gets back in the office and makes us hand out \”Go State Farm!\” flyers again.

Dale, glad to see you still reside in the sheltered, protected world of State Farm. When you learn someting about the real world, come back and maybe then we can have a discussion.

No comment on the fact you lied about what I said or that you still have not addressed Jewel\’s question? I will not stoop to disrespecting anyone on this board, but you have lost all credibility with anyone who has read your rantings. And you may possibly make some valid points worth discussing, but it\’s lost in your anti-State Farm diatribe.

Dale, you continue to display your lack of competence. I have clearly stated on at least two occasions that I WILL NOT RESPOND further to someone as stupid as Jewel. She has abolutely no knoweldge of insurance and as the old saying goes to lower myself to her level would make me just as stupid as her and put her at a distinct advantage. You are fast approaching that position, although I do honestly believe your problem is the sheltered State Farm existance you live and the fact that you are in denial that State Farm has been exposed.

You prove my point. You are not worthy of a more lengthy response, although it is tempting.

Joe these questions… Maybe if you ask him the same questions I did he will answer you (yeah right!)

    Ask him these questions:

What are some names of the MULTIPLE companies that paid without being forced?

    AND

Are there any other pending suits against companies other than Nationwide, Allstate and State Farm?

Good luck getting an answer. He doesn\’t know the answers. Funny considering he thinks he knows everything. I admitted I didn\’t know much about HO insurance, but I also never claimed I did. I never made things up though, as Joe did. If I don\’t know an answer I admit it. I don\’t use insults to try and confuse people. Also, I didn\’t know that lack of detailed HO insurance knowledge makes a person stupid. I thought it was being as dumb as a box of rocks that made them stupid (ie: Joe).

Joe is stupid, plain and simple. If he is an adjuster, it\’s probably just in his pants. :)

    Thank you
