Disaster Kleenup International Inc., a network of quality, independent property damage restoration contractors, announced that First Response Services, based in Warner Robbins, Georgia, has joined the organization to strengthen DKI’s network in the southeast region. First Response Services has been in business since 2004.
As a DKI member, First Response Services can utilize DKI’s 24-hour call center and its DIAMOND claims tracking technology to enhance service to insurance and corporate customers. First Response Services staff members are also eligible to participate in DKI training seminars and workshops, ensuring they remain abreast of changes and trends in the rapidly evolving restoration industry.
“All of us here at First Response Services are very excited and proud to be part of DKI,” stated Dale Richmond, owner of First Response Services. “It is quite an honor for us to have met their high standards for membership after our first year in business. We are looking forward to using DKI’s services to help us expand our business to better serve our customers.”
In addition to DKI’s claims technologies and training programs, First Response Services may also leverage the Disaster Kleenup brand for marketing, participate in the large loss claims and co-operative buying programs and leverage DKI’s national and regional corporate marketing initiatives.
