AmeriClaim Notes Purchase of Fla.-Based Company

AmeriClaim Group, a nationwide provider of property, casualty and liability insurance claims services, announced its acquisition of SCS & Associates. SCS provides similar services exclusively in the state of Florida.

Mike and Leslie Scheper, the owners of SCS & Associates, will remain engaged with the business in varying capacities. Leslie Scheper will remain as president of the newly formed Florida operating division. Mike Scheper will continue as an advisor to AmeriClaim on a national basis.

For the next year the company will continue to operate under the name SCS & Associates in the state of Florida. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
