Bay Area Disaster Kleenup Opens Orlando Locale

Disaster Kleenup International Inc., a network of quality, independent property damage restoration contractors, announced the service area expansion of Bay Area Disaster Kleenup, a DKI member company located in Tampa, Fla., with the opening of a branch office in Central Florida.

The new office located in Oviedo, a suburb of Orlando, will handle emergency services, water mitigation and mold remediation for customers in Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties.

“It is very rewarding to open our first branch office, and we’re excited at the opportunity to provide our quality mitigation services to the Central Florida market,” said Mark Spicola, president of Bay Area Disaster Kleenup. “As this office grows, we will continue to expand the coverage area to assist customers along the East Coast as well.”

The new Bay Area Disaster Kleenup branch office is staffed with certified water and mold technicians to provide commercial properties and residents with mitigation services.

This new branch office will reportedly work closely with Bay Area’s main office located in Oldsmar, Fla., near Tampa Bay.
