South Carolina-based Companion Property & Casualty Insurance Group has named two new vice presidents.
The company appointed Laura Currence vice president of claims and Steven Bloss vice president of marketing and underwriting.
Currence provides leadership for claims adjudication philosophy,
management controls and procedures.
Bloss is responsible for premium revenue and risk selection activities of the marketing, underwriting, loss control and premium audit departments.
Companion Property & Casualty Insurance Group, a subsidiary of BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina,Companion offers
workers’ compensation insurance, a variety of commercial package policies, and commercial auto and property insurance for residential condominiums.
