Florida-based Omega Insurance Services, a workers’ comp and disability fraud investigation firm, added Michael Sullivan as chief financial officer.
Sullivan comes to Omega from UTEK Corp., where he was CFO.
His experience also includes positions as chief operating officer and board member of HSN Direct International, Ltd., a Home Shopping Network subsidiary, as well as CFO positions at several start-ups and retail companies.
