Within a single secure, standards-based framework, Amerisafe will now provide employees with structured, roles-based access to larger amounts of information more quickly.
Amerisafe’s deployment of the Vignette IDM solution will reportedly allow the company to deliver underwriting, licensing and claims information to employers, workers and medical providers more efficiently. The new, high-volume digital process is designed to improve customer service, reduce costs and eliminate redundancy while increasing productivity. Amerisafe’s implementation of Vignette solutions will reportedly help improve response time to policy-related requests and speed access to records and documents, providing Amerisafe customers and agents with a better experience when dealing with the company.
The transition of Amerisafe’s records and document management system reportedly enables staff to access policy information rapidly and helps ensure that inquiries are handled correctly and with proper documentation.
