Alacrity Solutions is selling Alacrity Network Solutions, its managed repair division, to BV Investment Partners.
The company said the transaction is part of its long-term strategy to sharpen its operational focus and its investment in technology-driven capabilities across its core service lines.
Alacrity, based in Fishers, Indiana, is an independent provider of insurance claims management services.
BV Investment Partners, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, is a private equity firm focused on the tech-enabled business services sectors. The company announced this month that it has completed fundraising for BVIP Fund XII at its hard cap of $2.4 billion, exceeding its initial target of $2.0 billion.
