Karlyn Carnahan Joins Celent as Research Director

Celent announced that Karlyn Carnahan, a former principal with Novarica, has joined its insurance practice as a research director focused on property/casualty underwriting, claims, distribution management and insurance strategy in North America.

Highlights of Karlyn’s career include:

• Over 40 research and 80 consulting engagements advising on strategy for insurance clients over six years as an industry analyst.

• Over 20 years’ experience from performing senior business leadership roles in marketing, product innovation, and commercial underwriting.

• Startup experience with two Internet ventures: one targeting online distribution for insurance products, and another, which she founded, providing a service to help people securely organize their critical information.
