MSB Release New Claims Estimating Web-based Tool

Marshall and Swift / Boeckh (MSB), a provider of building cost data and estimating technology to the property insurance industry has released its IntegriClaim Express 2.2, a more comprehensive version of MSB’s Web-based claims estimating tool that gives users access to real-time restoration cost estimates via the Internet.

IntegriClaim Express 2.2 is contents savvy, using unique Web technology to gather real-time pricing information from well known retailers across North America. Claims adjusters determine current contents prices, like kind and quality products, and replacement sources. As a result, contents claims severity is managed and claim cycles are shortened.

IntegriClaim Express 2.2 also offers the ability to create coverage, room and item macros, cut, copy and paste line items between estimates and claims, manage receipts, track line item pricing and overrides and apply tax, record specific settlement information, and manage payments, attachments and notes.

MSB’s IntegriClaim suite of property claims solutions is available on multiple platforms. Estimates are backed with the P&C industry’s first “total component” property claims database, which produces localized estimates representative of what restoration contractors actually charge for their services.
