The program begins with a welcome reception Wednesday, June 8 at 6 p.m. On Thursday, the panels will focus on forecasting, emerging tort theories, the intersection of regulation and litigation, e-discovery
and record retention, and class actions. On Friday, speakers will consider the management of legal representation and engage in a roundtable discussion to recap and analyze highlights of earlier sessions.
Continuing legal education (CLE) credit is available for both days, with ethics credit on the second day.
