A 59-year-old Limington man has been killed in a construction accident in Freeport, Maine.
Police say Scott MacDonald and two other employees of Coastal Landscape, Construction and Snow Services were installing granite steps Tuesday morning when the accident occurred.
WLBZ-TV reports MacDonald was helping the operator of a loading vehicle when the forks of the vehicle dropped, crushing him.
Police say MacDonald was killed instantly.
Two other people suffered minor injuries. They were treated and released from a local hospital.
