The National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating a small plane crash at Pittsburgh-area airport that resulted in minor injuries.
Police in Monroeville say a gust of wind apparently blew the nose of the small four-seater up, causing the engine to stall and the plane to veer off the runway at Pittsburgh-Monroeville Airport on Sunday. The crash sparked a small fire.
The couple on board sustained minor injuries but refused treatment at a hospital.
