SAN DIEGO, CA (November 5, 2009) — Insurance Journal, the world’s leading news source for the property/casualty insurance industry, has launched a new iPhone application, that allows readers to quickly view news and multimedia content published on the magazine’s Web site.
The free iPhone application — now available in the Apple iTunes store – is a first-of-its-kind for the p/c insurance trade publishing industry. The app features an easy-to-use interface allows readers to easily browse national, international and regional headlines and stories. In addition, its specialized browser keeps readers up to date, whenever news breaks on InsuranceJournal.com and gives readers the ability to quickly share content with colleagues and friends
The application also allows easy access to Insurance Journal’s archive of video interviews, with leading newsmakers in the p/c insurance industry and quick access to Insurance Journal’s frequently updated selection of podcasts.
