New Leads360 Lead Performance Intelligence™ Analytics Gives Insurance Lead Buyers and Sellers Unmatched Visibility into Lead Quality and Client Success

Los Angeles, (July 10, 2009) —Today a select group of insurance lead aggregators and large group of buyers will begin participating in a data sharing program with market-leading Lead Management Software provider Leads360. Until now, lead providers have generally let leads fall into the abyss with little access to information about on lead performance. Similarly, lead buyers have had difficulty accurately assessing lead quality.

To address this long-standing challenge, Leads360 has released Lead Performance Intelligence™ (LPI), a data and analytics reporting engine. Leads360 LPI provides a full accounting of the progress of every sales lead delivered and managed within Leads360. LPI empowers lead providers to analyze the performance of their marketing and to address client perceptions of lead performance with clear and complete data. “We’re looking forward to using Leads360’s new LPI reporting. For insurance agents who buy internet leads and use Leads360’s lead management platform, sharing data is a good thing. Agencies can discuss the performance of leads and the effectiveness of the sales process with lead providers while looking at the same, accurate data. “I have been open to sharing data with lead providers but have found it too difficult to do manually, I’m confident it will empower me to make better buying decisions and enable us to accurately report performance to generators,” said Gene Graceffo from Insurance Express. The second phase, released this month, provides partners with weekly email reports showing milestone and performance metrics such as speed to contact, contact attempts and disposition activity. LPI is being made available exclusively to Leads360’s preferred partners and only with the express consent of clients that wish to participate.
