The Ultimate Producer School™, provided by Agency Management Resource Group (AMRG) is offering its next school starting March 30th in Sacramento, California. The school combines technical coverage information, emphasizing commercial insurance, with extensive sales training and business development planning. It also includes role playing, lectures on technical content of insurance forms and getting your application to the top of the stack.
Students have the option of testing for five of the nine modules of the Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI®) designation. Even if the exams are not taken, the student can still earn over 50 continuing education credits.
The Ultimate Producer School™ is a 15-day school that meets one week a month for three consecutive months. This is more “family friendly” and better fits the producer’s life style. It also allows them to apply what they’ve learned immediately in real life situations since the producer goes back to the agency for a month in between sessions.
Each student may identify a mentor within their agency. The mentor is invited to attend a day of selling training and will assist in the producer’s development within the agency. Their progress is shared with the mentor to help ensure a smooth transition when the formal training is over.
Classes are held to 18-20 participants. This “boutique” size of classroom allows us to have a first-hand understanding of each participant’s specialties and expertise, the agency they represent and their unique business issues.
The investment is $3,800 and includes tuition, textbooks, exams, CE filing, continental breakfast and afternoon snacks. Travel and lodging are not included.
Agency Management Resource Group (AMRG) is an approved provider of continuing education in dozens of states and provides over 100 approved continuing education courses.
