York Insurance Services Group, Inc. Acquires Site Inspections LLC, Now Offering Nationwide Loss Control Services

PARSIPPANY, N.J., (October 10, 2008) – York Insurance Services Group, Inc., a premier national provider of insurance services, including claims handling, specialized loss adjusting, managed care, insurance pool administration, loss control and others, today announced it has acquired Atlanta-based Site Inspections LLC from parent company Primary Group Incorporated. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Site Inspections offers customized loss control services in all 50 states. Inspection reports are provided to clients in online format, giving an aggregate view of their entire book of business and allowing for seamless data mining and trending. In addition to property-casualty site inspections, Site also provides telephonic and onsite premium audits. Site Inspections specializes in commercial middle market risks with a specific focus on MGA programs. Some of the business classes Site serves include restaurants, condominium and apartment complexes, retail stores, light manufacturing, franchises and middle market-type affinity groups. Inspections are customized for each program, and turnaround is generally within only a few weeks.

Greg Hall will remain as president of Site Inspections. Site will operate independently but will report up through York Programs. In the programs market, York currently serves as the claims administrator for hundreds of industry-specific programs in dozens of industries. The acquisition will enable York Programs to offer nationwide loss control to its existing program partners, including managing general agents, program administrators, insurers, London syndicates, coverholders and risk retention groups/captives.
