Caliber Collision Centers announced the acquisition of Hi-Tech Collision and Glass Centers.
Hi-Tech Collision and Glass Centers has 10 locations in the Los Angeles and Orange County markets.
Steve Grimshaw, Caliber Collision chief executive officer announced, “Our acquisition of Hi-Tech Collision and Glass Centers increases our market coverage and further improves customer convenience in California. After spending time with Hi-Tech’s management team, it quickly became apparent that Hi-Tech Collision and Glass provides Caliber Collision with a high quality and operationally sound company focused on customer service.”
“Our acquisition of Hi-Tech Collision and Glass Centers increases the total number of Caliber locations across the southwest to 122 as we continue grow into the collision repair provider of choice in every community we serve,” added Mark Sanders, Caliber Collision chief operating officer.
