George Hills Company (GHC) announced the acquisition of John Glenn Adjusters & Administrators, Inc., (JGAA), a California third party claims adjusting and administrative firm.
Founded in 1954, George Hills Company, Inc. (GHC) provides California’s public sector and private insurance carriers best practice claims administration (liability and property) and litigation management services.
Founded in 1966, JGAA is the third party claims administrator for over 25 entities, including: Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District, Beta Healthcare and the City of Mountain View.
Each company services government agencies, insurance carriers and self-insureds across diverse industry verticals.
The acquisition will allow GHC to gain a stronger service presence in mass transportation, as well as additional staff certified in California Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulation.
