State Compensation Insurance Fund Promotes Burrows

Kathleen Burrows has been promoted to medical networks operations manager for State Fund’s claims/rehabilitation department in California.

She began her State Fund career as a claims adjuster for the organization’s San Bernardino,CA district Office in 2001. Two years later she was promoted to senior claims adjuster where she managed some the district’s more sensitive cases. She increased her claims knowledge as the district’s community liaison and utilization review coordinator and became an office resource and trainer for new employees. Her most recent assignment was in 2005 when she was promoted to utilization review supervisor for claims/rehabilitation.
