California State Fund Appoints Sandford Claims Manager

Jeanne Sandford has been promoted to claims manager for California’s State Compensation Insurance Fund’s State Contract Services in Riverside, Calif.

Sandford has more than two decades of workers’ compensation experience. In 1987, she was hired as a claims adjuster for the organization’s San Bernardino District Office. Within the year she ranked at the top in her department for settlements. She furthered her skills with a vocational rehabilitation assignment, and in 1991 she was appointed assistant claims manager for the San Bernardino District Office. Her most recent assignment was in 2007 when she joined Human Resources as an associate personnel analyst.
