Caliber Collision Centers, an Irvine, Calif.-based operator of high-quality collision repair facilities in California and Texas, has named Rick Reiss as its vice president of Operations for California.
As vice president of Operations for California, Reiss will assume responsibility for the oversight of all center operations for Caliber’s 38 California locations in the Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Diego markets. Reiss will also work closely with Caliber’s Client Services department, Client Support and California Marketing teams to ensure Caliber’s best-in-industry operations execution and service delivery to Caliber’s insurance clients, dealers and consumers.
Reiss began his career with Caliber Collision Centers in 1998 when Caliber acquired the Mission Viejo location he had owned and operated since 1981. Since then, Reiss has held a number of operations positions with Caliber including regional manager, LA/OC and director of Operations, San Diego as well as key departmental roles in corporate development and client services.
Reiss has been a board member for the Bureau of Automotive Repair Task Force on Collision Repair since 1996, and he has served as past president of the California Autobody Association.
