Commercial Insurance Marketing Services (CIMS), a full-service insurance business development company, announced InterWest, the largest independent insurance agency in Northern California, and Hirman Insurors, a $20-million insurance agency in Rochester, Minn., have signed business development agreements with CIMS.
“Our sole purpose is creating new business opportunities,” said William Morris, president of CIMS. “We use our 30 years of commercial insurance experience to develop and prospect a market for an agency, which allows them to focus their energies on closing a contract.”
Under the agreement, CIMS will use its proprietary database research system to generate new customer leads that include current, accurate renewal dates, including company profile, number of employees and current carriers. Additionally, the company will secure appointments with pre-qualified prospects.
“Commercial Insurance Marketing Services has become a strong marketing support for Interwest’s business insurance department, generating quality, qualified leads for our agents,” said William O’Keefe, president of InterWest Insurance Services. As one of the top 100 brokers in the U.S., InterWest is an industry leader
offering value-added and specialized services. InterWest clients benefit through the agency’s expertise in areas such as claims management, safety and loss control management, consulting, sales, and management training.
