Copart Opens Fifth So. Cal Location

Copart, Inc. has opened its fifth facility in Southern California in the community of Rancho Cucamonga. With the addition of this 39-acre greenfield location Copart now has 101 locations in 40 states.

Since Aug. 2002, Copart has added seven locations including two MAG sites in West Mifflin, Pa. and Richmond, Va. and five Copart salvage sites in Reno, Nev; Springfield, Mo; Corpus Christi, Texas; Ft. Pierce, Fla. and Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.

The company also announced that it recently relocated its corporate headquarters to Fairfield, California. The new address is 4665 Business Center Drive, Fairfield, CA 94534. The new main telephone number is (707) 639-5000.

Copart provides vehicle suppliers, primarily insurance companies, with a full range of services to process and sell salvage vehicles through auctions, principally to licensed vehicle dismantlers, rebuilders, repair licensees and used vehicle dealers.
