West Virginia State Police troopers cited 23 drivers during a crackdown on speeding and texting on U.S. 60 in Culloden.
Sgt. Greg Losh tells The Herald-Dispatch that troopers also issued 67 warnings during Tuesday’s saturation patrol.
He says four people were found to be driving on suspended licenses. Troopers discovered a small amount of marijuana and heroin during one traffic stop.
Complaints about speeding and texting drivers prompted the saturation patrol.
