Authorities say three people were injured when the roof of a home collapsed in Atlanta.
Atlanta fire officials say construction workers were on the roof doing renovations to the two-story, wood-frame house on Flat Shoals Avenue when the collapse occurred Wednesday afternoon.
Atlanta fire Capt. Jolyon Bundridge tells WSB-TV that three workers were hurt, and one of them was critically injured. The other two suffered minor injuries.
Bundridge said the workers fell 18 feet and were briefly trapped in debris but were able to free themselves.
Two of the workers were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital and the third was taken to Atlanta Medical Center.
