I too lost someone but the reason for my comment is that you might want to check your spelling and grammer before you send messages it will help greatly in sparking interest in your cause. Find my mistake…It was pure carelessness. I know how to spell. I won spelling contests in school. I am a bookworm..sometimes the mistake is a “typo”, not a lack of knowing how to spell. Lets be kind to one another.. :)

i was with the law suit in 1994, had to get a new lawyer in 2008 than drop me so i went on my owe.and got a check for 9,000.00 i got i call from beltz and ruth saing they call engle trust fund and having them sent any check to them and i have to pay them thier share.i did all the leg work and file all the papers and paid the over nite mailing .
any help please.
AFTER WAITING FOR SOOOOOOOOO MANY YEARS I CANNOT UNDERSTAND OR CONDONE WHY THE VA & MEDICARE SHOULD GET MONIES FROM THIS LAWSUIT????????

THAT IS LUDICROUS,WHY NOT PAY ALL THE DR’S & HOSPITALS NOT AFFILIATED WITH EITHER THE VA OR MEDICARE???????????
MAKES NO SENSE TO ME AT ALL,I HOPE I HEAR FROM OTHERS THAT AGREE OR CAN GIVE ME SOME ANSWERS.

I DON CHAMPION LIVED WITH MY FIANCE GAYLE KELLA FOR 17 YRS. SHE DIED FR LUNG CANCER.I HAD TO GO TO COURT TO BECOME PERSONAL REP OF HER ESTATE THROUGH PROBATE. HER WILL WAS FOR ME AND HER SON TO SPLIT 50/50 FR THE SETTLEMENT OR ANY SETTLEMENT.BECAUSE THERE IS A WRONGFUL DEATH AS WELL.SO THE FIRST CK CAME IN MY NAME I SPLIT IT WITH HER SON CHAD.HE BROKE THIS WOMEN HEART ASIDE FR ALWAYS TELLING HER HE WOULD NOT SEE HER UNLESS SHE GOT HIM MONIES THROUGH HER BROTHER.NEVER THE LESS I WAS TOLD BECAUSE HE IS SOLE AIR THEREAT HER WILL WAS NO GOOD.AND THAT HE GETS ALL THE MONEY.I TOOK CARE OF HER FR DAY ONE HE WAS NEVER AROUND TO DO ANYTHING.HE LIVED WITH US FOR 6 YRS IN WHICH HE USED US.THIS IS SO UNFAIR ASSIDE FR THE FACT THE MONEY I WOULD GET WOULD GO TO ALAWYER FOR A WRONGFUL DEATH.WHICH HER PRIMARY DOCTOR WROTE THAT IF GAYLE HAD THE RIGHT TEST SHE BE ALIVE TODAY.SENCE WHEN DOSE THE STATE MAKE A LAW THJAT OVER RIDES A WILL MADE OUT BEFORE HER DEATH AND WE WERE TOLD TO NGET MARRIED WHICH WE WOULD OF BUT WE RAN OUT OF TIME BECAUSE OF DOCTORS AND ALL THE RUNNING WE HAD TOP DO THERE WAS NO TIME SHE DIED WITHIN 4 MONTHS.I FEEL THIS IS SO UNJUST ESPECIALLY WHEN I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE FOR HER TOOK CARE OF HER LOVED HER.WHILE HER SON WAS IN VEGAS HAVE A GREAT TIME.I KNOW HE IS HER SON AND THAT SHE WOULD WANT HIM TO BE TAKEN CARE OF BUT HE IS NOT A GOOD PERSON NEVER WAS.THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO THIS STORY.I HOPE SOMEBODY SOMEWHERE WILL READ THIS AND MAYBE I CAN FORFUL GAYLES LAST WISH WAS TO GO AFTER THE DOCTOR THAT COULDNT BE BOTHERED BECAUSE AS HE STATED THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH MONEY IN IT FOR HIM.
