His proof is that he has read EVERY court case in the State of Mississippi, don\’t you know? :)

Of course, he never mentions that the court upheld SF\’s decision in 2 of 3 so far…

I think he is going to post again, like you said, but under another nickname…

    It will be interesting. :)

possibly the most pathetic group ever encountered. I understand most, actually all except Jewell, as she has admitted total lack of knowledge of P & C., have a vested interest in State Farm as employees, so there is no reason to believe any have any point of view other than the State Farm company line. The loyalty to your employer should be admired even though misguided.

Jewell: Please eductate yourself to the meaning of adjudicated.

Finally, the news out last nite and this morning is that there is actually an e-mail trail that State Farm told engineers to change reports. Obviously they knew that there policy of blanket denial was going to be questioned, hence trying to influence the engineering reports.

BTW, I do have a real job where I have to do inspections and treat insureds honestly. I have been out working, contrary to Jewell\’s hypothesis.

how dumb is he? Well, let\’s see:

\”Jewell: Please eductate yourself to the meaning of adjudicated.\”

It\’s JeweL- one L. If you can\’t even get that one right… And I know what adjudicated means… You\’re the one who used the word first… Do YOU know what it means? And, if so, how did *I* misuse it?***

\”Finally, the news out last nite and this morning is that there is actually an e-mail trail that State Farm told engineers to change reports. Obviously they knew that there policy of blanket denial was going to be questioned, hence trying to influence the engineering reports.\”

That article is posted on here. I will see you over there. You can finish telling your 1/2 story over there. (1/2 story meaning your side and no mention of the other side of the story).

\”BTW, I do have a real job where I have to do inspections and treat insureds honestly. I have been out working, contrary to Jewell\’s hypothesis.\”

I doubt it. :) Again, it is JeweL… one L…

And that is how dumb you are :(

*** I don\’t actually expect adjusterjoe to answer that question considering he never answers questions when he knows he is wrong.

Jewel has no idea about the legal process in our country. Please educate yourself and come back when you have a clue. You appear capable of minimal computer skills, so please enlighten yourself regarding the process of adjuication.

    to all but adjusterjoe…

\”Jewel has no idea about the legal process in our country. Please educate yourself and come back when you have a clue. You appear capable of minimal computer skills, so please enlighten yourself regarding the process of adjuication.\”

I have more intellect ion my pinky finger than you have in your whole body. What point am I *not* getting? Pretty hysterical since when I wrote \”adjudicated\” I was repeating what you had posted. I guess that means *you* don\’t know the definition of adjudicated. :) Continue to ignore my questions and make such asinine statements… it convinces everyone how pitiful you are… (as if they hadn\’t already figured it out).

to have an intelligent, rational discussion with people who have little or no comprehension or reasoning ability. To quote and old saying. \”Do not attempt to discuss matters with people with low intellect. They will drag you down to their level and at that point they have the homefield advantage.\” Many on this forum fit this category. Jewel, Mark, David, Mary B., and Dale come quickly to mind.

Hmm… seems to me you\’d have to build yourself up to even reach low intellect.

There is no nice way to say this, so I will just say it…

    You are stupid.

Case Closed (Is that the correct legal terminology?!?)

    absolutely nothing.
I am surprised you have enough cells in your brain to continue the function of breathing.

By the way, where were you educated?

Or did you get your high school diploma (if you even have one*) from a Cracker Jack box?

P.S. That adjuster\’s license you found in another box of Cracker Jack is fake…

    *Disclaimer:

Not having a high school diploma does not make one stupid. Having the handle \”adjusterjoe\” makes one stupid. :)
