I look forward to you denying covered claims in the future. I hope you personally are named in the suit when it comes. The old adjusters saying is \”Give me the rules and I will abide by them. However, do not change in midstream.\” I am glad you will individually not work under the adjudictaed caselaw. The Mark rule is apparently, I do not agree with Judge Senter so I ignore the caselaw.

    Excuse me, Missy Mary:

    Spelling errors = innocent error
How dare YOU… ridicule someone for typo\’s or spelling errors when you are guilty as sin for selling insurance without protection.
Get off your high horse and look into a mirror before you say a word about anyone else.

Thousands upon thousands of cases. State Farm & Nationwide refuse to pay wind damage. Their clients include a US Senator, a US Congressman, and a Federal Judge. They now settle with the Federal Judge yesterday and making overtures towards settling with the Senator. State Farm has yet to win one of these cases, but Mark says the great and mighty State Farm is right and the others are wrong. Where are the other high profile homeowners? Oh my, they had other than State Farm or Nationwide and their claims were settled based upon policy language and prior jurisprudence. But we are still to believe State Farm is a \”Good Neighbor?\” I don\’t think so.

Good job Mark and Dale for that matter. \”adjusterjoe\” doesn\’t sound or appear to be in the insurance industry let alone an adjuster of insurance claims. his lack of coherence and spelling is proof positive that he\’s just some screaming hick off his meds.

    Darling (MAry B.):

I have been an adjuster longer than you have been on this earth. Glad to see Dale and Mark enlisted the help of the clerical staff now. Let\’s again review; we have agent Dale, the local State Farm staff adjuster, and now the clerical personel in Dale\’s office claiming they know it all. I don\’t thimk I have anybody of consequence refuting my statements.

    Honey (Mary B):

You should review your own post before suggesting someone else is incoherent. And your grammar and punctuation is atrocious.

You never know what can happen, so why take a chance and loose everything again.

Come back with a larger offer and settle.
    Then Move On.

Even though I believe you will win HANDS DOWN, why risk being ambushed with underhanded tactics like bribing a juror or two. Anything goes these days.
    It\’s the American Way.
